About the Role:
Program & Process Management: Establish and enforce project plans and processes
Coordinate internal meeting/review scheduling based on project plans
Ensure project team understands project plan/briefs and execute
Supervise and provide support for all deliverables from inception to completion
Manage expectations and update timelines within existing software platforms
Financial Management: Support Account Team at agency and project level
Track project estimates, approvals, purchase orders
Purchase order (PO) development for third party/external vendors
Work with leadership in managing staffing capacity, forecasts, and profitability of fixed fee work
Communication: the lead for information to Account, Tech and Creative staff
Lead internal communications and meetings to review status and priority deliverables with personnel of all levels
Manage incoming prioritization of new business proposals
Provide ongoing support for departmental training initiatives and goal setting
Knowledge & Skills:
Asana, Workfront, Azure Boards, Jira/Confluence, Adobe products. Veeva a plus
Proficiency with MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
About You:
You have 5+ years of Project Management experience, experience in healthcare advertising experience a plus
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds. Speed to market is becoming more and more essential in today’s advertising and communication landscape
Must be highly organized and communicate well
You can work independently in a dynamic environment and have excellent communication and relationship building skill within and outside project management
You have experience with integrated deliverables to include digital projects, data visualization dashboards, quick turn studio work, working knowledge around AI/Machine learning a plus
