Creative experience for a highly regulated pharmaceutical industry, HCP and DTC experience preferred
Ability to grasp complex ideas quickly and synthesize accurately
Intimate understanding of disease state and pharma products and their offerings inside out, through brand guidelines, any related medical journals, thought leaders, and other available sources
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with extremely knowledgeable clients
Solution-oriented mindset and positive outlook on work
Fanatical attention to detail
Thrive on being efficient and getting your messaging into the market quickly
Love seeing your designs perform well, knowing your making a difference in the lives of patients
Collaborate well with Content Strategists, Copy, UX Designers, Visual Designers, and PMs
Advocate for, and present work, to internal stakeholders as well as clients
Qualifications
Healthcare agency experience required
7+ years creative experience with a strong focus on digital solutions for patients and HCPs
Interactive and digital media fluency
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative projects from strategy through concept and production
